Open and ready for the New Year! 2011

Enjoy a little journey through Paso Robles at the gorgeous handcrafted bar, our wine list is growing! Featuring local stars, the wine list has doubled from about 7 to 15, more to come! Keep checking back, you'll probably see your favorite local winery on it soon :)

 So it's been confirmed that the chairs are just super comfy, people don't want to leave. Check it out for yourself on the yelp page!

 

The guys in the kitchen are working hard and keeping up the good work! From running the restaurant and continuing to cater events at Eagle Castle Winery. Keep up the good work guys!

 The interior really has come together, the light fixtures in this photo are beautiful, I want some in my house :) They just add a really nice touch.

Training Today

It's been a long journey getting everything together for the Restaurant and opening day is almost here!
Today is the first official day of training. Tables and chairs are in, let me tell you the chairs are absolutely gorgeous! Super comfy as well, you won't want to leave.

Things are coming together, it's so exciting.

I'll be taking pictures and posting them today, tables, chairs, bathrooms, kitchen and most importantly the crew!

Thank you to everyone who has beeen helping us out and supporting us through it all...come join us for lunch and dinner at Robert's!
